Gathering information and sharing it with all interested parties in a timely manner is a key element to successfully meeting the needs of juveniles in our program.  Communicating effectively allows youth to quickly move through the admissions process;, ensures a smooth transition from on school to another, taking into account each youth's needs; maintains the involvement of a youth's family or legal guardian; and provides for effective discharge planning.
